This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with new PEO clients to craft customized implementation strategies encompassing payroll setup, benefits enrollment, state tax registrations, and HR compliance onboarding.
• Oversee the entire onboarding journey, coordinating with clients on essential milestones, timelines, and criteria for success.
• Manage wage-based reconciliations to ensure accurate parallel payroll runs.
• Assist clients in navigating Remote’s PEO platform, promoting the adoption of co-employment processes and familiarization with available tools and services.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Support teams to guarantee seamless transitions and address client-specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and vendors promptly, clearly, and professionally, in line with our Care value.
• Uphold the confidentiality of all customer and employee information.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to enhance onboarding processes, identify product gaps, and improve platform capabilities for scalability.
• Participate in the development of best practices, tools, and documentation for PEO implementation as we grow.
• More than 3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success in a dynamic SaaS PEO setting.
• Knowledge of co-employment frameworks, payroll tax responsibilities, and benefits administration.
• Proven project management abilities with a knack for juggling multiple client timelines simultaneously.
• Strong, empathetic communication skills focused on proactive client support.
• Excellent collaboration skills across functions, especially with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
• Analytical mindset paired with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, international work environment with a desire to make a difference.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently and taking personal responsibility.
• Passionate about productivity and constantly seeks ways to enhance and expedite work processes.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Comfortable working within a MacBook Pro environment.
• Understand the importance of working largely asynchronously.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Not mandatory, but familiarity with Monday.com, Notion, Slack, and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Not mandatory, but experience with Worklio is a plus.
