This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation of new customers in accordance with ECI's standard methodology.
• Enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring a seamless transition to the Bolt software solution.
• Take responsibility for implementation training and coaching from the statement of work (SOW) through to project completion.
• Oversee implementation projects, including system setup, configuration, and training management.
• Advise customers on data definitions and best practices for effective software use.
• Conduct both remote and onsite training sessions across all product areas.
• Continuously enhance knowledge in the residential homebuilding and trade contracting industries.
• Monitor software adoption among new customers and proactively tackle any usage challenges.
• Streamline customer workflows to optimize product use and satisfaction levels.
• Assist with data-building initiatives to expedite the implementation process.
• Present engaging educational sessions for both customers and prospects.
• Contribute to the creation of product documentation and materials for the learning management system.
• Provide internal training and share knowledge with team members.
• Offer support to colleagues in addressing customer usage issues as necessary.
• Maintain precise and prompt administrative records, including time tracking, recap reports, and expense submissions.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, business information systems, construction management, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive full life cycle project implementation experience with similar ERP software as an end user, consultant, or implementation specialist.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate with both prospective and existing customers to clarify project requirements.
• Proficiency in managing customer needs and setting appropriate expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent typing and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
