Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess business requirements for EDI integration initiatives

• Develop and execute EDI data mappings

• Diagnose and fix EDI transmission issues

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Offer continuous support for EDI integrations

• Oversee and enhance EDI procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation and support

• At least 4 years of managing a portfolio of simultaneous projects

• Knowledge of fixed-width file formats and LDEx XML format

• Experience with benefit administration platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday)

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proactive approach to customer service
