This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish yourself as Provenir's leading authority in your specialized market.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives, including Chief Risk Officers, Chief Credit Officers, Heads of Fraud, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Represent Provenir at conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and customer events.
• Develop thought leadership materials such as articles, blogs, and market insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
• Assist in complex enterprise sales initiatives alongside Account Executives.
• Facilitate customer discovery workshops to gain insights into business goals and challenges.
• Convert business challenges into effective solution strategies that emphasize measurable results.
• Provide support for executive presentations, proposals, RFPs, and commercial business cases.
• Conduct sales enablement sessions that enhance commercial effectiveness across Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Share best practices, implementation methods, and optimization strategies within the industry.
• Perform strategic business reviews to uncover opportunities for increased value and customer growth.
• Assist Customer Success teams in adoption, expansion, and long-term client success.
• Own Provenir's commercial value proposition within your specialized field.
• Create messaging, competitive positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Influence marketing initiatives, content, and demand generation efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback, market needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Support Product Marketing with customer stories, case studies, and reference materials.
• Facilitate pipeline growth through new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion.
• Highlight Provenir's value through business outcomes, ROI, and portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Present strategic insights and market analyses to senior leadership.
• Significant experience in consumer or commercial credit risk, including direct responsibility for originations decisioning, credit policy, or scorecard development.
• Proven history of engaging at the C-suite level - CRO, CCO, Chief Credit Officer, or equivalent - within banks, specialized lenders, or large fintech companies.
• Experience in converting risk analytics and decision-making strategies into measurable P&L results, such as loss rate enhancement, approval rate optimization, or cost of risk reduction.
• Familiarity with decision engine platforms, risk data ecosystems, and the role of automation in credit originations and account management.
• Demonstrated success in a consulting, pre-sales, or advisory role supporting complex enterprise engagements, particularly in onboarding or account lifecycle decisioning.
• Understanding of model risk governance frameworks (SR 11-7, IFRS 9, CECL, or Basel III) and their operational impacts on decisioning infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS sales processes, including RFP responses, commercial business case development, and executive procurement procedures.
• Experience working across various geographies or regulatory environments (US, UK, Canada, EU).
