This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design and execution of sophisticated Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead comprehensive implementations and make strategic architectural choices.
• Collect, assess, document, and convert business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Offer leadership and best practices for the Salesforce CPQ platform solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, internal teams, and technical delivery groups.
• Design, test, validate, troubleshoot, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Support project management tasks, including planning, issue resolution, communication, change management, and coordination.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects and business stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to customers, partners, and internal teams on technical and functional delivery.
• Develop application and technical design documents that integrate Salesforce with the customer's infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce and integration tools effectively.
• Build strong client relationships and offer insights on product roadmaps.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives that foster the growth of the consulting practice.
• Mentor, educate, and enhance the capabilities of Salesforce colleagues and delivery resources.
• Prior experience as a Technical Senior Solution Engineer in software companies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in small, agile, and fast-paced sales teams.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in multi-cloud solutions.
• Experience with integrations and data migrations.
• Strong consulting abilities.
• Knowledge of modern on-premise and cloud-based systems architecture.
• In-depth understanding of the complete sales lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in responding to sales RFIs/RFPs and configuring high-quality software demonstrations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation and customer-facing abilities.
• Experience in dynamic, iterative sales and development settings.
• Proven leadership in developing and maintaining long-term, high-value client relationships.
• Ability to function effectively in large, matrixed organizations and collaborate with offshore teams.
• Capability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to formulate client strategies or roadmaps for onboarding or digital transformation.
• Over 5 years of enterprise consulting experience, including the implementation of enterprise software solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience as an architect in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership.
• A minimum of 2 years of external consulting experience, including over 3 years of CRM consulting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite.
• Experience with integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
• Application development experience with JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, and SQL.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
