Principal Consultant, Operations – Integrated Health Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Operations transformation initiatives from start to finish.

• Facilitate practical execution by converting strategic insights into actionable solutions.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership, senior stakeholders, and various Medtronic teams.

• Recognize, execute, and expand operational enhancements.

• Co-create and perpetually refine Operations offerings, solutions, and delivery toolkits.

• Develop scalable resources, best practices, and methods for knowledge sharing.

• Serve as a liaison across different markets and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree with a strong academic performance.

• 7+ years of consulting experience (strategy, Big4, healthcare) or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading comprehensive transformation initiatives, from strategic conception to implementation and quantifiable outcomes.

• Solid understanding of healthcare or hospital settings.

• Excellent program and project management capabilities.

• Proven ability to merge consulting expertise with operational execution.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.

• Background in areas such as supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is a plus.
