Principal Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding independently, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and Recruiting.

• Assist clients throughout all project phases, from analysis of requirements and solution design to implementation.

• Facilitate customer workshops and oversee implementation tasks.

• Maintain ongoing coordination and communication between clients and project teams.

• Assume responsibility for delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring quality assurance.

• Collaborate with project management on timelines, planning, and effort estimation.

• Proactively identify risks and issues early on and formulate suitable solutions.

• Oversee testing activities.

• Participate in presales initiatives, including responding to RFPs, crafting proposals, and designing solutions.

• Foster enduring customer relationships and position yourself as a reliable point of contact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, encompassing customization and system configuration.

• Demonstrated experience with complete project lifecycles, from initiation to hypercare.

• Strong commitment to quality delivery, effective time management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Ability to recognize risks early and proactively take targeted actions.

• Analytical and systematic approach with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of HR processes and their implementation within the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.

• Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
