This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Retain clients while expanding and enhancing wallet share for a designated book of business.
• Provide expert consulting services that encompass analysis, assessments, solution development, and implementation.
• Lead client relationships and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement consulting methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Comply with ISO standards and conduct annual training sessions.
• Implement the ISOutsource Contact Strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and execute client IT Roadmaps.
• Create and manage Statements of Work, introducing change orders as necessary.
• Foster client loyalty and oversee IT infrastructure.
• Partner with consultants, engineers, ODS, PMO, and Product Teams.
• Identify and present opportunities for improving IT infrastructure and productivity.
• Communicate regulatory deficiencies and manage IT security effectively.
• Train clients on new technologies and ensure documentation is current.
• Cultivate key client relationships and prioritize work efficiently.
• Strive to become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Identify, scope, schedule, and manage IT projects effectively.
• Fulfill client responsibilities to achieve financial utilization.
• Log time daily for all tasks.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Over 10 years of consulting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year institution in a technology-based field, or equivalent certifications/education or experience.
• A valid driver's license with insurance.
• Some local travel to and from client sites is necessary.
• A strong passion for customer service.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Outstanding technical and non-technical communication skills.
• Proven track record of customer loyalty and delivering exemplary service.
• Capability to develop, manage, and adhere to high-cost budgets for client projects.
• Extensive experience in maintaining and deploying commonly used technologies and troubleshooting servers/server applications.
• Resourcefulness in addressing skill limitations.
• Commitment to mastering project management fundamentals.
• Networking knowledge and skills.
• Ability to construct a complete network following ISOutsource Best Practices.
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of one or more industry regulations, such as HIPAA, SOX, ITAR, SOC, SEC, FDIC, or FDA.
• Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, or Arizona.
