This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the management of executive compensation initiatives, encompassing base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentive design and benchmarking.
• Create analyses and materials for Compensation Committee meetings and decisions regarding executive offers and promotions.
• Spearhead the design and continuous enhancement of merit cycles, bonus/incentive plans, promotion guidelines, and pay equity processes.
• Manage comprehensive equity program administration, which includes grant modeling, vesting schedules, dilution/burn rate analysis, and reconciliation with equity management systems.
• Provide strategic advisory support to HR partners and senior leaders.
• Develop and implement a streamlined compensation analytics platform featuring reusable models, dashboards, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to the establishment of the company’s job architecture, which includes job families, levels, career ladders, and governance processes.
• Formulate market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and geographic differential strategies.
• Create extensive training and enablement programs.
• Report to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, with direct involvement in executive compensation, equity administration, and the development and execution of compensation programs.
• Proven ability to independently own and develop compensation processes.
• Skilled at transforming ambiguous requests into structured, repeatable, and well-documented programs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Comfortable liaising directly with senior leadership and potentially preparing materials for the Compensation Committee.
• Demonstrated analytical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Familiarity with compensation or equity systems such as Workday, Radford/Aon, Merrill Lynch, Carta, Pave, Compa, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with Legal and Finance on executive pay disclosure requirements, including CD&A.
• Preferred: Previous experience in building or scaling job architecture from the ground up.
• Preferred: Prior experience in supporting equity administration.
