This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions (SVI) products and procedures to a diverse clinical audience, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Assist sales representatives by providing customer product training and covering critical cases, primarily focusing on situations where physicians need technical support to ensure the safe and effective use of our products.
• Conduct training on superficial venous ultrasound, the Closure System, Closure Fast, RFS, RFG2, VenaSeal, as well as on the supporting supplies and materials essential for our procedures and products.
• Offer case support as necessary to drive business growth.
• Educate and train customers on our products and related procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office staff during the case selection process.
• Address customer complaints by investigating issues, formulating solutions, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to management.
• Enhance territory sales strategy through collaboration with sales, in-servicing, market development activities, inventory support, PO collection, and technical case assistance.
• Exhibit adaptability in providing technical case coverage.
• Educate and support CVG sales and clinical counterparts on peripheral products, while partnering with the team and CVG to share and leverage best practices.
• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational initiatives.
• Continuously build and maintain technical knowledge and skill set.
• Provide consistent feedback to Research and Development staff regarding product performance issues and potential product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to devise site-specific sales strategies aimed at promoting Venous Vascular products in the United States to established accounts.
• Contribute to the creation of new tools and tactics to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience, Associate Degree with 5+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Ultrasound and/or Venous procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PC applications; expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating programs.
• Capability to manage and participate in multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
• Strong work ethic focused on achieving the objectives of the position.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Certification or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Certification is advantageous, but not required.
