Principal Clinical Specialist – Coronary Renal Denervation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical, educational, and sales support to help the district achieve its Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) sales and customer service goals.

• Act as a representative for Medtronic during procedures and product implants, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance.

• Train and educate physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical aspects related to our products.

• Complete required documentation and customer service phone calls during and after procedures.

• Serve as an effective Medtronic representative to physicians and support staff regarding our products, services, and support.

• Stay updated on CRDN, Medtronic programs, products, services, and competitive offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma with 11 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare - OR - Associate Degree with 9 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare - OR - Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and system tracking.

• Strong project management abilities with experience in coordinating and executing marketing programs.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.

• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across various organizational levels.
