Principal Client Value Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs and CFOs by translating intricate technical designs into strategic business outcomes and return on investment (ROI).

• Provide guidance on high-performance, near real-time data ingestion techniques (such as streaming APIs, Kafka, and micro-batching) to ensure that the Celonis platform has timely and appropriate data.

• Design secure, enterprise-level AI solutions, championing the use of the Celonis Process Knowledge Graph to ground AI (via RAG) while ensuring stringent data governance, sanitization, and security measures.

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists, acting as a liaison between the customer and Celonis Product/Engineering to resolve complex technical obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Principal-level experience in a client-facing technical position (such as Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Account Management, or technically proficient Engagement or Client Success roles).

• Strong conceptual and architectural knowledge of modern data pipelines, including the differences between standard batch loads and near real-time streaming (Kafka, APIs).

• Thorough understanding of securely deploying Generative AI within an enterprise context, including concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), private model hosting (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), and data masking.

• Conceptual awareness of the modern enterprise stack; prior hands-on experience with SAP is a plus.

• Exceptional skill in untangling complex technical issues and presenting clear, actionable roadmaps to non-technical executives.

• Proficient in German is mandatory.

• Extensive domain knowledge in the Retail industry is preferred.
