Principal Business Technology Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for seller-focused quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows utilizing Salesforce and CPQ.

• Identify and prioritize key issues: collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to uncover the most impactful challenges.

• Collaborate across departments: develop clickable prototypes, dashboards, and implement internal tools and AI-driven workflows.

• Manage the products you deliver as living entities: monitor adoption, assess usage and business impact, and refine accordingly.

• Integrate modern AI tools into your workflow as a fundamental aspect of your role.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management (or equivalent experience in developing and managing enterprise software or internal tools).

• Familiarity with go-to-market or revenue systems — Salesforce (CRM), CPQ/quoting, or related sales/revenue operations tools.

• Proven track record of translating business challenges into clear requirements and measurable product results.

• Practical experience working with modern AI tools.

• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
