
Principal, Business Development – Space Force

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Drive growth and enhance market opportunities for Missile Solutions within the U.S. Air and Space Forces.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to foster relationships with key personnel in U.S. Government agencies and missile Prime contractors.
• Perform research and analysis to uncover potential avenues for business or program growth.
• Formulate win strategies and collaborate with MS Center of Excellence representatives to seize opportunities.
• Create and implement capture strategies and plans.
• Proactively manage internal discretionary resources to secure new business prospects.
• Oversee Non-Disclosure Agreements and Proprietary Information Agreements.
• Take part in technical meetings with both internal and external representatives regarding organizational projects.
• Act as the Lead Coordinator and Manager for U.S. Air and Space Force tradeshows attended by MS.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Space Force or Business Development.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in Space Force or Business Development.
• Alternatively, 16 years of relevant experience in Space Force or Business Development without a degree.
• Possession of an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Business Development experience within the missile propulsion and energetics sector.
• Familiarity with Defense programs encompassing complex acquisition, development, qualification, and production processes.
• Ability to directly manage overall organizational resources.
