Principal Benefits Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and programs.

• Perform analysis and provide insights related to the organization's regional benefits initiatives.

• Assist in benchmarking benefit plans.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure competitive market positioning.

• Administer international benefit plans, including benchmarking plan designs and managing brokers.

• Create communication materials that support compensation and benefits initiatives for both leadership and employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization.

• Proven experience working across various countries.

• Solid understanding of differences in processes, payroll, and labor laws.

• Proficiency in creating messaging that supports compensation and benefit initiatives for leadership and employees.

• Must possess effective communication skills in English.
