Principal Benefits Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and programs

• Perform analysis and interpretation concerning the organization’s regional benefits offerings

• Assist in benchmarking benefit plans

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to maintain market competitiveness

• Oversee all international benefit plans and their administration

• Aid in the benchmarking of benefit plan design

• Manage relationships with brokers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization

• Proven experience working in various countries

• General understanding of differences in processes, payroll, and labor laws

• Proficiency in communicating about compensation and benefit programs to leadership and employees

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
