Principal Benefits Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and programs.

• Perform analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s regional benefits offerings.

• Assist in benchmarking benefit plans.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to guarantee market competitiveness.

• Manage international benefit plans, which includes benchmarking benefit plan designs and overseeing broker relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization.

• Proven experience working across various countries.

• General knowledge of differences in processes, payroll, and labor laws.

• Proficiency in communicating the value of compensation and benefit programs to both leadership and employees.

• Must possess effective communication skills in English.
