This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and initiatives.

• Perform analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s regional benefits offerings.

• Assist with benefit plan benchmarking activities.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure competitive positioning in the market.

• Oversee international benefit plans and their administration, including benchmarking benefit plan designs and managing brokers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization.

• Proven experience working across various countries.

• General knowledge of differences in processes, payroll, and labor laws.

• Proficiency in developing messaging to support compensation and benefit programs targeted at both leadership and employees.

• Effective communication skills in the English language are essential.
