Principal Benefits Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and manage PMG’s global benefit plans and programs.

• Perform analysis and provide insights regarding the organization’s regional benefits offerings.

• Assist with benefit plan benchmarking initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to maintain market competitiveness.

• Oversee all international benefit plans, encompassing benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management.

• Create communication materials that support compensation and benefit programs for both leadership and employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization.

• Proven experience collaborating across multiple countries.

• Fundamental understanding of variations in processes, payroll, and labor laws.

• Proficiency in crafting messaging that supports compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees.

• Strong communication skills in English.
