This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and programs.

• Perform analysis and interpretation related to the organization's regional benefits initiatives.

• Assist in benchmarking benefit plans.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure competitiveness in the market.

• Oversee and manage all international benefit plans.

• Aid in benchmarking benefit plan design and managing broker relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization.

• Experience working in various countries.

• General knowledge of processes, payroll, and labor law variations.

• Proficiency in communicating messages related to compensation and benefit programs targeted at leaders and employees.

• Must possess effective communication skills in the English language.
