📋 Description

• Develop and implement Luminate’s funding strategy effectively.

• Communicate the value proposition of the region’s ecosystem to partners and funders.

• Allocate resources towards impactful opportunities and nurture essential relationships.

• Manage relationships with senior-level grantees and funders while exploring collaboration possibilities.

• Ensure that organizational learning shapes strategy and development.

• Supervise the quality of grant-making and uphold regional standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior position related to strategic funding or organizational development.

• Strong comprehension of the regional ecosystem of funders and grantees.

• Demonstrated success in proposal development and managing intricate grant relationships.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.

• Capability to synthesize insights and guide organizational strategy.
