This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute intricate client programs within established timelines, budgets, and defined business outcomes.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with executives, becoming a primary advisor for delivery, risk management, and value realization.
• Enhance revenue through the expansion of accounts, referrals, and the acquisition of new clients.
• Develop and scale high-performing delivery teams (a mix of employees and contractors) that adhere to PM61 standards.
• Oversee medium-to-large, multi-phased programs throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and stabilization.
• Manage all facets of delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependencies, and communications.
• Establish delivery governance and operational rhythm, including status reporting, RAID management, decision logs, change control, and stakeholder alignment.
• Generate and sustain essential delivery documents: Project Charter, Integrated Plan, RACI, Status Reports, RAID logs, Change Requests, and Resource Plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Application Support, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Drive engagement with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring swift decision-making with clear accountability.
• Manage project finances, including revenue forecasting, margin awareness, invoicing readiness, and alignment with delivery contracts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, shape follow-on roadmaps, and translate successful delivery into additional scope.
• Initiate and qualify new opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
• Lead discovery sessions, define success criteria, and convert client requirements into precise statements of work.
• Contribute to proposals and close plans, collaborating with PM61 leadership to secure and initiate new engagements.
• Assemble and direct high-performing teams by selecting the appropriate mix of internal talent and contractors.
• Over 7 years of experience in project/program leadership, successfully delivering complex, multi-phased technology deployments.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within time and budget constraints while fostering strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in account expansion and supporting business development efforts, including discovery, solution framing, and proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management principles, with the capacity to apply the best approach for the given context.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology teams (Architects, Developers, BAs, QA, Support) in distributed settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internet/cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience; completion of project management coursework is preferred.
• Nice to Have: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, CRM/ERP systems, or systems integration.
• Experience in managing contractor-heavy delivery models.
• Proficient in additional languages is a plus.
