Principal AI Transformation Consultant

📋 Description

• Collaborate with AE clients to pinpoint the most valuable decisions, workflows, and recurring tasks that can be enhanced or automated using Champ. Key focus areas may include project health, accounts receivable follow-up, forecasting, margin protection, billing readiness, and recurring summaries.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders from finance, operations, project management, and executive leadership to map existing processes, identify friction points, and outline future-state workflows empowered by AI.

• Develop actionable transformation strategies that align customer pain points with specific Champ use cases, prompts, workflows, and operational rhythms.

• Assist clients in reengineering business processes to transition teams from manual, report-intensive, spreadsheet-dependent practices toward natural-language, workflow-driven execution in Champ.

• Conduct hands-on working sessions to quickly implement initial use cases and support customers in operationalizing them in their daily activities. The focus extends beyond training to fostering behavior change and genuine workflow adoption.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer champions and executives, guiding them in prioritizing areas where Champ can generate measurable business value and identifying necessary organizational adjustments to achieve that value.

• Work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, feedback processes, and growth opportunities.

• Document repeatable transformation patterns, workflow designs, objections, and customer insights, converting them into reusable playbooks and best practices for the larger team.

• Assist in determining where a customer is well-suited for deeper transformation based on data maturity, process sophistication, and readiness to change work methodologies.

• Establish success metrics with clients and guide them toward measurable outcomes linked to workflow adoption, operational rhythms, and value realization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in customer success, consulting, professional services, solutions consulting, transformation, or business process enhancement.

• Proven experience working with AE firms or other project-based professional services organizations.

• Background in leading software adoption initiatives that necessitate changes in workflows, behaviors, and team accountability.

• Experience in ERP, project-based businesses, professional services, or AEC software environments.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, copilots, and natural-language workflow tools.

• In-depth understanding of the operations of architecture and engineering firms, particularly in project delivery, finance, operations, and leadership decision-making.

• Strong business process consulting abilities with the capacity to assess current workflows and design improved future-state operating models.

• Proven track record in driving customer adoption and change management, including influencing stakeholders with diverse objectives and varying levels of technical comfort.

• Strong solution-oriented mindset, capable of linking customer pain points to practical workflows, use cases, and phased implementation plans.

• Comfortable in leading working sessions, executive discussions, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
