Principal AI Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior subject matter expert in AI security for customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.

• Assist in articulating Cyera’s vision for AI security, the value of its platform, and its unique technical approach during customer engagements.

• Participate in high-impact opportunities where enhanced AI expertise can significantly boost technical credibility, positioning, or deal quality.

• Collaborate directly with technical and executive stakeholders to comprehend AI initiatives, governance challenges, risk posture, and architectural needs.

• Lead discovery sessions focused on AI, conduct technical deep dives, facilitate workshops, and design strategic points of view.

• Create and present engaging AI security demonstrations, solution narratives, and proof-of-value strategies that align with customer objectives.

• Serve as a key liaison between the field and internal teams regarding AI security priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior technical positions such as Principal Technologist, Principal Solutions Architect, AI Security Architect, Distinguished Sales Engineer, Field Architect, or similar roles.

• Strong experience in customer-facing roles within cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, AI security, or related areas.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary AI and GenAI environments, including patterns of enterprise AI adoption, governance challenges, data exposure risks, and security controls.

• Solid understanding of topics like data security, DSPM, DLP, IAM, cloud security, AI application risk, model and data governance, and security architecture.

• Experience interacting with both technical practitioners and senior stakeholders in intricate enterprise settings.

• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear business and technical value for customers.

• Proven capability to influence product development, product marketing management, and technical strategy through insights gained in the field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations, conduct workshops, and review technical content.

• Experience in creating demonstrations, point of view strategies, technical resources, or enablement materials.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment characterized by cross-functional ambiguity.
