Principal AI Process Orchestrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee client engagements from start to finish, acting as the primary representative for the engagement.

• Manage weekly updates, conduct monthly business reviews, and define strategic direction.

• Analyze client organizations and create opportunity maps that identify 5–10 AI transformation workflows.

• Develop future-state workflows that outline human and agent responsibilities, handoffs, evaluations, and success metrics.

• Define the scope of implementation projects, guide Associate Orchestrators, review deliverables, and ensure the first automation is deployed to production within 60 days.

• Spot opportunities for Build pods, Rescue, or ongoing Support, and engage the necessary Creative Chaos resources.

• Provide reports on measurable client impact, including hours saved, reduction in error rates, and improvements in throughput.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS.

• Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, including user interviews, workflow mapping, specification writing, and accountability for outcomes.

• Individual contributor role; not interested in managing others.

• Experience in building and deploying real AI agents.

• Daily usage of Claude Code.

• Practical experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCPs, and agent frameworks.

• A portfolio that showcases GitHub projects, side projects, deployed agents, or published writing; a resume alone is not adequate.

• Proficient in business-native English and possesses executive presence.

• Experience working with or within US or Western companies.

• Capability to facilitate stakeholder workshops with around 12 participants.

• Ability to lead discussions with US CEOs.

• Self-motivated learner with a curiosity for acquiring new tools independently.
