This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and launch internal AI agents on agentic platforms.
• Take ownership of the enterprise Agent Registry, managing metadata, ownership, usage metrics, lifecycle status, and audit traceability.
• Define and execute risk tiering for enterprise AI agents.
• Create and uphold governance frameworks for the development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement of agents.
• Develop and standardize agentic workflow patterns, including human-in-the-loop, approval gating, escalation pathways, audit logging, and fail-safe handling.
• Mitigate uncontrolled growth of AI agents through standardization, registry enforcement, and solution rationalization.
• Propel enterprise-wide adoption of AI agents for automating workflows.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact automation use cases.
• Set standards for prompt engineering, orchestration, and platform integration.
• Monitor agent performance, risk posture, and adoption while optimizing quality, reliability, and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and governed data sources.
• Work alongside compliance, legal, and risk teams on regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
• Assess and onboard new agentic platforms, tools, and capabilities.
• Empower business users through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
• Advocate for AI-first approaches and disciplined governance throughout the agent lifecycle.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Practical experience with one or more agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in designing and governing workflow automation utilizing AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and multi-step workflow design.
• Experience in implementing governance models, risk classification frameworks, or compliance controls.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and connectivity within enterprise systems.
• Capability to work collaboratively across engineering, business, and compliance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes and risk-aware delivery.
• Travel requirements: 0% to 5%.
