Principal AI Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the research, development, and deployment of sophisticated Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Time Series Forecasting models to address intricate enterprise business and planning challenges.

• Design GenAI solutions with an emphasis on fine-tuning both proprietary and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) using Transformer architectures tailored for specific enterprise data tasks.

• Create and integrate Conversational AI and autonomous Agentic AI workflows to develop user-friendly experiences capable of independently performing complex planning activities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to evolve AI models from initial prototypes into robust, highly scalable production systems.

• Act as a key subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of technical excellence, thorough testing, and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional engineering experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• Profound technical knowledge of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns, along with practical experience in autonomous agent frameworks.

• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF) specifically for domain-focused enterprise applications.

• Proven track record of managing models from conceptualization to production, employing robust MLOps and LLMOps practices to guarantee scalable, dependable, and monitorable deployments.

• High level of proficiency in Python and contemporary software development methodologies, including thorough testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong practical experience in traditional Machine Learning and deep learning methodologies, particularly with Time Series Forecasting algorithms.
