Principal, Agentic Strategy – Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage client-focused advisory initiatives

• Create multi-agent systems that deliver tangible ROI for clients

• Recruit and guide a dedicated team of 2–3 AI consultants

• Develop and uphold proprietary Pattern Libraries for intricate fund strategies

• Craft advanced system prompts and multi-agent workflows

• Facilitate design sprints for C-suite executives at funds with $10B+ AUM

• Produce playbooks that enable engineering teams to maintain environments

• Contribute to research and development on 'AI Defense' with an emphasis on prompt safety and governance patterns

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a global consultancy (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG) in a client-facing, leadership role

• Daily user of LLMs and orchestration frameworks

• Fluent in the terminology of PMs, Research Analysts, and CCOs, with a solid understanding of the fundamental research process

• Capable of simplifying 'Retrieval Augmented Generation' for a non-technical COO while maintaining respect from a Principal Architect

• Excel in a unique 'N of 1' environment
