📋 Description

• Serves as a thought leader within the organization and the broader industry, contributing to whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and other high-quality content that highlight our expertise and solutions.

• Guides and develops team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and excellence.

• Assists the C1 sales enablement team by equipping Partners with the complete C1 Capabilities area to collaboratively create and deliver specialized workshops and advisory engagements, ensuring our architectural expertise adds significant value to clients.

• Provides strategic leadership by crafting and executing customer experience solution strategies that align with C1 products and client goals.

• Consults on intricate solution designs: Collaborates with clients to grasp their specific needs; designs and proposes customized, complex customer experience solutions.

• Offers subject matter expertise in incorporating advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and analytics into customer experience solutions.

• Develops and nurtures strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor for all customer experience solution inquiries.

• Collaborates closely with internal teams, including technology development, product management, and data analytics, to ensure smooth solution delivery.

• Maintains the highest quality standards in solution delivery, actively monitoring and improving deliverables and methodologies.

• Keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, offering thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

• Establishes, measures, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience solutions and uses data to continuously enhance outcomes.

• Leads and mentors clients, providing advice on technology and strategy.

• Functions as a trusted advisor and cultivates long-term, trustworthy relationships with customers.

• Exhibits outstanding customer-facing skills; capable of conveying complex technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to communicate effectively with all levels, including executives, bridging the gap between business users and information technology.

• Shows excellent relationship and collaboration skills, along with negotiation skills with vendors, team members, and stakeholders.

• Holds certifications or equivalent experience in the relevant area of focus.

• Capable of working independently with minimal direction, resulting in accurate solution architecture for clients.

• Skilled in identifying and assessing technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Capable of mentoring, guiding, and managing technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.

• Able to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

• Demonstrates adaptability to new challenges and technologies, staying current with industry trends.

• Proficient in a virtual office environment.

• Skilled in all Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
