• Take on primary delivery responsibilities for our most significant and intricate client projects, overseeing various delivery resources on the solutions you develop for clients.
• Evaluate skill sets and pinpoint knowledge deficiencies for delivery resources within your current project team.
• Responsible for annual revenue goals; shaping bookings through strategic presales consultation and recognizing additional services throughout all project stages.
• Manage the relationship with C-suite executives for our largest clients, serving as a key advisor for AI integration, organizational change management, and long-term business objectives.
• Lead and facilitate the "agentization" and advancement of the AI & Workforce Consulting delivery methodology, ensuring Softchoice retains a competitive advantage in the industry.
• Create ROI-centric business cases for extensive AI projects, allowing executive stakeholders to substantiate their investments.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by overseeing and conducting final QA on Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic project documentation to confirm that technical solution architecture aligns with business goals and addresses challenges.
• Identify market trends to develop new cross-practice offerings and special initiatives that enhance the AI Solutions portfolio.
• A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in business or technology).
• An MA, MBA, or MSc is advantageous.
• Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Project/Program Management, or other related IT or management consulting fields are regarded as valuable.
• At least 15 years of practical experience in business advisory and/or consulting within IT.
• Proven practical experience for a minimum of 10 years in providing advisory services within User Adoption and Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting, and technical advisory.
• A demonstrated history of establishing "trusted advisor" status with executive-level management (CIO/CTO/CEO).
• Proven success in achieving revenue or influenced-sales objectives in a professional services setting.
