📋 Description

• Implements procurement processes and standards, which include managing RFPs, conducting negotiations, ensuring cost accountability, and executing program implementations.

• Acts as the main point of contact for clients regarding inquiries about order status, modifications, and cancellations.

• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities related to goods, materials, supplies, and services.

• Prepares and processes purchase orders along with payment approvals.

• Compiles and analyzes pricing proposals and financial reports.

• Aids in the creation of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages.

• Maintains detailed records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.

• Manages relationships with selected suppliers within a designated commodity.

• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for commodities.

• May be tasked with delivery assurance activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level, with the capability to communicate fluently and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
