This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) tailored for optimal reach and platform effectiveness.
• Create full-length YouTube videos (8–20+ minutes) featuring professional pacing, storytelling, and high production quality.
• Execute comprehensive post-production tasks: cuts, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and subtitles.
• Convert raw footage into captivating, high-retention videos that align with brand identity and current trends.
• Collaborate with the content team to implement creative briefs and deliver assets within tight deadlines.
• Offer proactive creative suggestions to enhance video quality and boost audience engagement.
• Revise existing recordings and interviews into refined final content.
• Demonstrated professional experience in editing both short-form social videos and long-form YouTube content.
• Robust portfolio showcasing technical proficiency and awareness of current editing trends.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro (experience with motion graphics is a plus).
• Comprehensive understanding of social media video algorithms, hooks, pacing, and viral potential.
• Ability to work independently, produce high-quality work swiftly, and maintain consistency under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong passion for storytelling through video.
