This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance pricing and packaging recommendations for both new and existing products by providing pricing expertise, analytical support, and structured challenges.
• Detect gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in pricing proposals and assist in refining strategies through structured feedback.
• Deliver focused research and analytical support to bolster proposal development as needed.
• Aid PMs in navigating cross-functional operational requirements necessary for pricing alterations.
• Equip PMs to effectively present proposals to the Pricing Committee.
• Organize Pricing Committee activities, including scheduling, documenting decisions, and communicating approved modifications throughout the organization.
• Keep pricing documentation updated as the definitive source of truth, and proactively communicate changes to affected teams and systems.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of pricing analytics and dashboards.
• Over 5 years of experience in pricing, strategy & operations, management consulting, FP&A, or similar analytical roles within B2B SaaS.
• Solid understanding of SaaS pricing best practices including model design, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• Proficient in building and evaluating financial models, challenging assumptions, and translating data into business implications.
• Effective and structured communicator—capable of providing direct, constructive feedback to Product Managers and converting pricing concepts into actionable advice.
• Collaborative and forthright: confident enough to constructively challenge a PM's thinking while being trusted as a genuine partner rather than a hindrance.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with multiple teams, manage conflicting priorities, and facilitate alignment across the organization.
• Highly organized self-starter; adept at managing a high-volume workload independently, maintaining documentation standards, and driving initiatives to completion without close supervision.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and business intelligence platforms; CPQ experience is a plus.
