This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement pricing strategies aimed at enhancing profitability by aligning prices with the value perceived by customers.
• Oversee competitive pricing analysis and market intelligence initiatives to bolster StarTech.com's market presence.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of IT buyer behavior and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to establish pricing frameworks.
• Take ownership of the omni-channel pricing strategy and governance across distribution, resellers, Amazon, and direct sales channels.
• Set up pricing performance metrics, utilize pricing tools and technologies, and enforce governance structures.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related area.
• Over 7 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, product management, category management, or a relevant business field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing pricing strategies that enhance margin growth.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to convert data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Channel Management.
