This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create AI-driven tools and automated workflows that replace repetitive manual analytical tasks, enabling the team to provide insights more quickly and at a larger scale.
• Enhance and contribute to the team’s data pipelines utilizing Python and SQL to ingest and transform raw pricing, inventory, sales, and demand data into well-organized views.
• Develop scalable analytical frameworks that convert ad-hoc analyses into standardized notebooks, processes, and dashboards that can be consistently applied across clients.
• Collaborate with Consulting and Managed Pricing teams to gain a deep understanding of client data, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and capabilities—including LLMs, prompt-driven pipelines, and agentic workflows—to ensure the team’s toolkit remains cutting-edge.
• Create predictive models for optimizing sell-through and yield management, employing both traditional statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to convey insights through dashboards and reports to internal stakeholders as appropriate.
• Work together with internal stakeholders and external clients to outline project scope, formulate hypotheses, conduct analyses, and present findings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL, with experience in contributing to data pipelines, automations, and shared code repositories.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, or similar)—including writing and chaining prompts, integrating AI into analytical workflows, and deploying AI-assisted tools.
• Strong statistical background with experience in building predictive models (forecasting, regression, classification, or ML).
• Familiarity with revenue management and pricing optimization, especially within the live entertainment and ticketing sector, is advantageous.
• Experience with data warehousing and visualization tools (Databricks, Tableau, Domo, Quicksight, etc.).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for client deliverables.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical processes and results to non-technical audiences.
