• This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring accurate pricing for internal teams while implementing the company's pricing policies.
• Establish a direct working relationship primarily with Price Analysts and Customer Care to verify and resolve price discrepancies.
• Handle data entry and price uploads, which can be high volume at times.
• Review and manage pricing templates, entering approved price requests received from Price Analysts, Product Line, and Sales leadership.
• Maintain clear documentation of all communications and approvals related to pricing processes.
• Resolve high-volume orders with price discrepancies.
• Extract, review, research, and rectify price discrepancies as they occur.
• Address pricing entry issues in collaboration with Customer Care, Sales, and Price Analysts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective actions for pricing errors.
• Generate price lists for distribution to internal departments.
• Communicate effectively with Customer Care and Price Analysts when addressing price discrepancies.
• Maintain distribution lists.
• Responsible for the upkeep of pricing.
• Create, edit, and disseminate accurate price records for internal departments.
• Maintain specific Excel price lists requested by customers.
• Establish traceability for each customer’s pricing.
• Engage in special pricing-related projects as required.
• A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Three years of experience in a clerical position with a focus on computers, accounting, or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications, with an emphasis on Excel and Access.
• Basic understanding of sales order processes and fundamental pricing concepts within an ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
• High proficiency in JD Edwards software is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the capability to responsibly manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with teams.
