• Act as a vital collaborator to the COO, ensuring that the tech-enabled services model is both profitable and operationally efficient.
• Take ownership of and enhance the pricing strategies utilized by the Sales team.
• Serve as the main administrator for contract data management within Zoho.
• Oversee the annual price adjustment process for clients, including the management of CPI escalators and term-based increments.
• Execute monthly calculations for Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Handle essential contract lifecycle activities, such as organizing executed agreements, monitoring expiration dates, and optimizing the documentation workflow.
• 4–6 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial financial analysis.
• Background in a services-oriented or tech-enabled setting is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho is a notable asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel: You should be a "power user," capable of constructing complex models and manipulating extensive datasets to produce monthly SLA and pricing reports.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for managing customer contracts while keeping track of crucial dates and terms.
