This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage the technical relationship across the territory through discovery, architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical closure on the Enterprise Data Cloud platform.

• Drive engagement, identify new use cases, and create opportunities within large accounts.

• Position services and consumption models, including Evergreen//One and storage-as-a-service, in collaboration with IT and finance stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional channel partners.

• Handle technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.

• Contribute to a national SE team by sharing knowledge and achieving success across districts.

• Cover the PACA region from Marseille or Aix-en-Provence.

• Allocate approximately half or more of the time working with customers, including regional travel and occasional trips to Paris for team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a field presales/System Engineer/Solutions Engineer role, preferably with a territory or multi-account focus.

• Strong foundational knowledge of general infrastructure: compute, virtualization, networking, data protection, and their integration within real customer environments.

• Proven experience in selling services, subscription, or consumption models.

• Senior-level, independent work ethic; proactive and self-directed agenda management.

• A curious mindset with the capability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Reside in or near Marseille/Aix-en-Provence, and possess a valid driving license.

• Proficient in French and professional English.

• Experience with enterprise storage is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Background with an infrastructure, data-protection, or open-source vendor, or at a services company is advantageous.

• Existing relationships with IT teams in the PACA region are beneficial.
