Presales Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct and execute Technical Online Demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Develop and personalize trial portals to effectively showcase the significance and functionality of the LMS.

• Create use cases for potential clients and address any integration inquiries they may have.

• Resolve any challenges that a prospect may face while using the LMS.

• Address technical and functionality questionnaires as required.

• Support the proposals team by providing answers to use case or technical questions during RFI responses.

• Participate in on-site demonstrations alongside Account and Sales Executives.

• A creative mindset with the capability to think critically and resolve intricate problems.

• A results-driven approach with a proven history of managing multiple priorities and large-scale timelines, especially in Enterprise-level projects or clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities, with the capacity to navigate and cultivate relationships among Enterprise stakeholders.

• A completed post-secondary degree or certification, preferably related to business, technology, or a relevant field applicable to Enterprise solutions.

• A blend of technical expertise and client-facing sales support experience, ideally working with Enterprise clients or large organizations.

• Background in SaaS, software sales, or sales support, with familiarity in Enterprise-level contracts, solution selling, or complex deal frameworks.
