This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of a Presales Engineer, you will operate at the crossroads of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, collaborating with leading learning and development organizations to align their growth goals with the capabilities of 360learning.
• As the inaugural Presales Engineer for the German market, you will be integral to ensuring the region's prosperity, receiving full support from the entire EMEA team.
• This position will be pivotal for the expansion of 360learning’s business.
• By establishing a new function in Germany, you will become an internal authority on our technology, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how current customers utilize 360learning and how it can deliver value to prospective clients.
• You will serve as a link between the strategic direction of our product development and the requirements of our market.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• A background in consultative selling.
• Familiarity with enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
• Demonstrated ability to showcase technical expertise while engaging with high-level stakeholders such as CTOs and CISOs.
• Capability to conduct technical workshops (e.g., SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services, etc.).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Native proficiency in German and business-fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
