Presales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborating at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, while working with learning and development organizations.

• Aligning growth aspirations with the capabilities of 360learning for the German market.

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of how current customers utilize 360learning and how it can create value for prospective clients.

• Closing the gap between product development and market demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant, preferably within the SaaS sector.

• A background in consultative selling.

• Familiarity with enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.

• Demonstrated capability to showcase technical skills while engaging with high-level stakeholders like CTOs and CISOs.

• Proficiency in leading technical workshops (e.g., SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services, etc.).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Native German speaker with business-fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.
