This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate the onboarding of new enterprise clients.
• Conduct captivating product demonstrations tailored to meet customer requirements and business goals.
• Create and present proof-of-concepts, aligning detailed customer specifications with beqom’s technology.
• Interact with stakeholders at various levels, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts.
• Generate high-quality written materials, including RFP responses and security questionnaires.
• Attend customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting) or in an in-house position within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams.
• Native-level proficiency in French and fluent in English.
• Exceptional presentation, meeting facilitation, and demonstration abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
