Presales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales to assist in the presales process for AR solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehending customer requirements and converting them into solution value.

• Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of value, and solution presentations.

• Assist customers with initial onboarding concepts such as workflows, use cases, and solution setup.

• Work in tandem with Professional Services to guarantee a seamless transition and successful go-live.

• Partner with Product Management to deliver market feedback and customer insights.

• Contribute to Marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and thought leadership activities.

• Enhance your expertise and establish yourself as a recognized subject matter expert in AR and financial automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Accounts Receivable, finance processes, or financial software solutions is highly advantageous.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central, or similar).

• Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp customer processes and challenges.

• Comfortable in a customer-facing, consultative role.

• Keen interest in technology and a willingness to engage with technical components (coding experience is not necessary).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in an international, cross-functional setting.

• Proficient in both German and English.
