This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist the Rise Up sales team in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, focusing on Mid- to Enterprise-level clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess opportunities against established criteria.
• Ensure that opportunities align strategically with our product offerings and support the sales team in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) as necessary.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of the learning industry, including technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ business and technical challenges, operational environments, capabilities, and objectives.
• Offer suggestions to refine and enhance core sales and presales processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
• Stay informed about the latest and upcoming product features and functionalities.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify client requirements, delivering tailored presentations to C-suite executives or engaging with technology architects and development teams.
• Create and present customized demonstrations to assist the sales team as required.
• Lead technical discussions with key customer/prospect stakeholders and decision-makers, effectively communicating innovative and technical solutions.
• Build strong working relationships across various internal functions (sales, customer success, product, development, operations, marketing, etc.).
• Participate in post-sale activities to ensure user adoption and assist in account growth.
• Collaborate closely with implementation and customer success teams to identify the best overall solutions for our clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on the use of learning technology and other digital tools to create innovative and effective online and blended learning experiences.
• Over 5 years of consulting and/or consultative implementation experience.
• Native French speaker with fluency in English.
• Exceptional client engagement skills throughout the entire sales engagement lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills driven by data.
• Ability to translate customer needs and process flows into technical solutions.
• Capability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
• Aptitude for learning and adapting independently.
• Strong consulting abilities, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to comprehend and present complex technical capabilities and solutions.
• Proven project/program management and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in uncertain environments; highly agile and adaptable thinker, comfortable managing conflicting priorities.
• Significant experience working with clients and stakeholders throughout full-cycle SaaS implementations.
• Experience in enterprise implementation encompassing all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering and documentation, solution design, product configuration, data import/export, testing, and training.
• Business-oriented with strong technical knowledge.
• Solid experience with a Learning Management Solution (LMS/LXP/SLP) is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models and/or lesson and curriculum planning skills is a plus.
