This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Forge partnerships with brands, distributors, business coaches, educational institutions, service providers for salons, influencers, and others while cultivating relationships with their representatives to drive lead referrals for Phorest.
• Proactively engage with representatives to identify the most effective strategies for approaching prospective salons, such as introductions and ride-alongs.
• Ensure referral partners are equipped with the appropriate lead forms and that leads are recorded through proper processes and tracked accordingly.
• Foster relationships with Referral Partners to create new opportunities.
• Recognize partnership opportunities and events that can enhance lead and opportunity generation.
• Oversee and reconcile all payments to referral partners on a monthly basis.
• Actively collaborate with North American Sales and Marketing Teams to implement Partnership events, including obtaining lists, inviting salons, and following up with partner contacts.
• Support North American Brand Partnerships by promoting engagement and adoption within salons. This includes salon visits, ride-alongs with brand sales representatives, recommending Phorest salons for pilot initiatives, and working with salons to ensure they comprehend the benefits of the partnership.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a dynamic SAAS environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Hair and Beauty industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
• Passion for building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong skills in handling objections effectively.
• Proactive in monitoring competitor pricing and strategies.
• Possess a growth mindset.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.
• Availability to spend time on the road collaborating in person with partners and their teams.
