This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Serves as a communication link between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to enhance workflow.
• Handles a high volume of calls, averaging between 8-12 calls per hour during business hours.
• Acts as a point of contact between insured clients and field representatives for the arrangement of audit or inspection appointments.
• Aids in identifying needs, scheduling or canceling appointments, and directing the insured to the appropriate staff member.
• Engages with policyholders, CPAs, bookkeepers, and agents to collect additional information as necessary.
• Clearly communicates audit requirements to the insured to ensure that all necessary information is ready for the Phone Auditor.
• Keeps contact notes updated for each assigned job within AuSum.
• Makes calls to verify the status of information, including reaching out to insurance agents.
• Conducts all calls in a professional and friendly manner, using discretion when explaining processes and reasons for inquiries.
• Attaches relevant information and records progress notes as they become available in AuSum.
• Assigns audits to Phone Auditors once the necessary information is gathered.
• Performs additional duties as required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Detail-oriented: Capable of listening attentively to information provided by policyholders and clients.
• Efficient: Skilled in planning, time management, punctuality, cost consciousness, and finding improved methods of operation.
