This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate, delivering personalized engagement to Extreme’s most valued clients.
• Guide customers through the onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal stages of their lifecycle.
• Cultivate an understanding of customer operations and products to strengthen relationships.
• Actively connect with customers regarding product improvements.
• Perform quarterly reviews and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field, ideally with a focus on network operations.
• Five years of customer support experience in data processing, data communications, or a similar environment.
• Accountability for high-profile tasks or projects within the framework of a mid-level management role.
• Proficient in both French and English language skills.
• A culture of teamwork, transparency, and open communication at Extreme Networks.
• Option for remote work from any location within France.
