Prediction Markets Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of overseeing and trading prediction markets in real-time across platforms such as Kalshi, Polymarket, and others; implementing strategies across various categories including sports, upDown markets, elections, and weather.

• You will actively enhance the entire stack. Predictions is a pioneering initiative within Wintermute, granting you considerable freedom to design the system you envision. Your role will require versatility, providing coverage for significant events, such as major sports matches where market activity peaks, potentially taking place during evenings or weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python - you possess 1-3 years of coding experience in Python, whether through professional work, academic pursuits, or personal projects - we will conduct assessments!

• Outstanding quantitative and analytical abilities - assessments will be part of the process!

• Proven interest in prediction markets - you are actively involved in the field (personal trading, staying updated on major developments, engaging in discussions, etc.)

• Possess an ownership mindset - you concentrate on the ultimate outcome - P&L for the company and strategically expanding the business and Wintermute partnerships.

• Enjoy problem-solving and take satisfaction in seeing your products function effectively; you are committed to doing whatever is necessary (trading, coding, data analysis, collaborating).
