Preconstruction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate negotiations for EPC Agreements in collaboration with Legal, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.

• Identify and oversee commercial, technical, and execution risks throughout the negotiation process.

• Maintain and enhance the project risk register from the award phase through to FNTP.

• Ensure that Owner contract deliverables are clearly articulated, monitored, and fulfilled.

• Create a comprehensive and actionable project plan for Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of EPC contracts, scheduling, and risk management practices.

• Expertise in budget and cash flow analysis.

• Experience in solar EPC construction management is strongly preferred.
