This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee a team of Preconstruction professionals, including Pre-Con Engineers and CAD/BIM modelers.
• Direct all preconstruction initiatives such as project planning, budgeting, WBS Creation, BOM & Spec Validations, scheduling, and risk evaluation.
• Create precise conceptual and final estimates in collaboration with the Estimating team; offer cost-effective alternatives and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Supervise the bidding process, encompassing subcontractor outreach, vendor negotiations, and scope definition.
• Handle documentation and transition to Production teams.
• Work in partnership with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and execution plans.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required; equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• Preferred certifications include: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification, Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED Accreditation.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated capability to produce detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates from initial design through to construction handoff across various project categories.
• Direct experience in leading preconstruction initiatives and collaborating with owners, architects, estimators, and project teams.
• Knowledge in applying and enforcing preconstruction processes, including tools such as the Project Execution Checklist.
• Familiarity with all construction phases: estimating, procurement, scheduling, permitting, and startup.
